Leftover Breakfast: Lamb Keema with a fried egg and Parmesan Cheese

If your looking for a yummy protein packed breakfast, look no further! Add a fried egg and some freshly grated Parmesan to your Lamb Keema. I am telling you. So good! So worth it!


1 cup leftover Lamb Keema

Salt and pepper to taste

1 Tbs of butter or ghee

2 eggs


1. Heat frying pan, then add butter or ghee and melt. Add eggs salt and pepper tops of eggs and cook to desired consistency. Set aside.

2. Reheat Lamb Keema in same pan and some salt and pepper. Once heated through, place on plate and then put eggs on top.

3. Grade the Parmesan cheese on top and ENJOY!
