I have grown to absolutely love this supper food! This is my favorite way to eat it! And it goes well as a healthy side dish to just about any protein. I used this recipe recently with my Easy chicken with lemon and capers recipe that I got from my favorite cookbook. You can’t go wrong with this! Promise!
Ingredients:
1 bag of spinach
3 to 4 carrots, diced
1 onion, diced
1 small packaged of sliced baby Bella mushrooms
1 red bell pepper, diced
2 tbs garlic
1 package of hamon, bacon flavored seasoning
2 to 3 tbs avocado oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
1. In a large pot add oil onion, garlic, carrots, bell pepper, and mushrooms. Cook until onions are see through and carrots and mushrooms are cooked through.
2. Add hamon and stir until dissolved.
3. Add spinach and cook until wilted.
4. Serve and enjoy!
